The Practice is situated at our residence as part of a Home-Office Practice Studio & its therefore; open if we know you coming! & you scheduled your appointment in advance.

No walk-in’s regrettably.

Treatments & Consultation – During the Week

Wed’s               : 14.00pm ~ 18.00pm

Tue’s – Thu’s   : 14.30pm ~ 18.00pm

Fri’s & Mon’s *   : PRACTICE CLOSED

(emergencies will be considered)

Classes, Workshops, Courses & Events -Weekends

ONLY BY PRIOR ARRANGED IN ADVANCED PAYMENT

Sat’s * : 10.00am ~ 17.00pm – Classes, Workshops & Courses

Sun’s * : 11.00am ~ 14.00pm –  Courses

Public-Holidays; The Practice is Closed!!! however if a treatment is urgently needed, contact me via whatsapp and I will assist where I can with pleasure, I will never turn you away, please note that payment is due via EFT prior to your appointment ensure to select: “clear payment” for immediate release of funds.

SPEAKER-TALKS (Saturdays / Sundays) vary from time to time and may clash with above in-person private classes schedules, so please refer to “Save the Date” page for the Events dates on regular basis. As we do our utmost best to accommodate you, however sometimes they get cancelled and this above page will have all the updates necessary you need to know!

Special Note:

Despite these above Trade hours during the week. I’m willing to permit treatment sessions outside these times on condition;  that for Weekend treatments – only by prior arrangements made by one (1)week notice + investment secured.

After-hour (only) During the week – only small selection of treatments will apply by prior arrangement of at least 4 (four hours) notice is required.

I will do my utmost best to accommodate you were possible.

However, if you running late or wish to postpone your booking; a curtsy call or whatsapp message will suffice within a reasonable time of no less than two (2)hours to your appointment. No show consider your investment has been forfeit as you have wasted a slot.

Should our simple Mindful request not be taken seriously, without prejudice, you acknowledge the forfeit of your investment (none-refundable) and as such you will not have any claims against Tranquility Mind Space (Pty) Ltd and its members, Directors or managers. You further acknowledge that all future requests may at the discretion of management be reached no alternatives and waivers will be considered outside that decision.
