At this next level we go more in depth to what was covered in first level and discover a deeper connection to how one will conduct their practice, understanding others pain and need. Further you will learn the hand positions to treat other beings, animals and plants. The end of second day will be with an Attunement supporting you on your journey to attract those in need of the energies Reiki provides. Level II – may take minimum 3mths of “bleeding” (shifting energy), period before you may carry on your self development journey, in this time you will have to hand-in your case-studies take the theory test as well as do the practical exam to receive your certificate as a Practitioner so that you can start earning an income.

USUI SHIKI RYOHO LEVEL-III ENHANCE YOUR POWERS; POA

Continue to next level Level III/Advance (you had to have the previous levels done) – be aware that 6mths “bleeding” period before you may continue to next level Empowerment* a pre-requisite to Masters – 1 day workshop compulsory; before taking on Masters level “bleeding” period recommended is 30days – 3mths “bleeding” period before you may continue to next system.

These above are only guideline time frames when one can grow to the next levels, though it is imperative that one listens to the body needs and readiness don’t rush into the next stage for curiosity. Your body will lead you into the next step when its ready. Shifting of energies & alignment does take time.

It is crucial to connect to your energies on a deeper level than “time period of our reality”. All these stages require case-studies before getting the certification (with exception to level I)

**CLASS: PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION*_ @ R 369 PP**

Saturday’s; PM 14.30~15.30 (once a week)

Based on soft stretches/light exercise similar to Pilates or Yoga, yet even lighter in form it aids the Energy flow easily through the Meridians to reach the organs to heal themselves for ultimatum support, whilst the conditioning the fear responses on the whole body with Progressive Relaxation techniques this helps dissolve the “toxins”. The main factor of this art is to stimulate concentration and focus of which these elements bring forth harmony by aligning the posture and centering the mind, body and Soul. Chi (energy) cannot be seen though its evidently all around us by practicing this art style, like many others, the movement stimulate the entire body and transports this energy throughout it including the brain. Than it brings the balance it requires to function efficiently it also supports the nervous system and our skeletal body as a whole. While light movement is part of this art aids and stabilises through breathing, standing (posture related), muscle flexes as it sets up a grounding features in ourselves for total wholeness equilibrium mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Suitable for any medical condition, if not sure we recommend you consult your Dr first. Contra-indication to Pregnancy. Medical condition are only blockages in the flow meridians and with regular training it can elevate, disperse and potentially (if time permits) dissolve the condition all together.

You will be asked to colour in an art piece provided (no previous experience required) just colour in the object to your imagination. The workshop provides insight guidelines and understanding btwn you, your BFF, partner and your child back on the right path by finding balance in both your lives again whilst restoring peace and harmony for years to come.

This workshop is fun, playful, and creative. Its healing is effective & stimulating into our deeper level of consciousness.
