Terms & Conditions

We regret to inform you, that due to previous clientele behavior and lack of discipline we have endorsed intense conditions which stand to protect the business ethics and standards. We wish to apologies in advance to our loyal clients, for the inconvenience.

NB! – Investment required in advance (2-weeks) and or otherwise specified on your invoice, prior to bookings in full, orders of items or fixing a product these all needs to be reached by means of a SnapScan (link below), via Ikhokha debit or credit card, direct deposit (add R35) or EFT; a receipt of POP (proof of payment) to be send.

Such payment needs to clear and reflect in our account before its confirmation are approved by us via email-calendar to you (for treatments purposes), your slot (classes-workshops), ordered items & fixing of products; – Especially towards weekends & Public-Holidays; treatments, workshops, training, courses.

Travelling plus a Call-Out for Treatments or Consultation will be quoted in advance whilst a charge of R5.50p/km return (Edenvale no Charge), together with relevant selected treatment must be paid in full in advance (as per above noted).

Pensioners that can prove they on a SASSA grant and or disabled may at the discretion of Tranquility Mind Space management only, receive a reasonable discount, however must be payable in advance, and no further negotiation will be discussed after invoice has been mutually agreed upon.

1. Workshops, Lectures & Consultation / 2. On-site visits disability (residence, hospital, hospice or frail care) / 3. Group workshops / **4. Businesses or Offices site cleansing SQ* applies / 5. Pensioners of a SASSA grant.**

All above points 1 to 4, by arrangement only!

Treatments & the Programs Policy

Booking for weekend or Public-Holiday (outside our Trading times); Treatments or Workshops payment required to be made in advance & not later then the above stated with an exception of no later seven (7) days for the investment. This must reflect in the account if paid via EFT/Direct Deposit (add R35).
Investment proof (reflected in our account) confirms and secures your slot appointment, if received within these parameters stated above or earlier.
Cancellations within & no less than 72hrs (3 days)! notice forfeited!
Courses confirmation not met per specifications t’s & c’s, will be forfeited! (none-refundable nor rescheduled)
Cancellation or Rescheduling doesn’t apply against specials offered on social-media platforms, websites or any other source of marketing, if advance payment paid it’s been forfeited.
In terms of rescheduling and not by cancellation; it will ONLY apply if provision by the client has been made within 48hrs (full time) to the confirmed appointment, no refund will apply. However this postponing option is valid for 14days from the original booking date, otherwise forfeited in full.
Calls received hours before appointment (on the day) will be forfeited & none-refundable. Advance payment (weekends/public-holidays) or general appointments you will be held liable and charged in full!
A new appointment will have to be arrange with a re-payment towards your new session. (repeating behavior to point 7 above) will be noted and you will be refused to continue your treatment at our business. We reserve the right to report you to the Credit-Bureau as a bad payer and this will reflect on your credit profile.
No refunds and/or exceptions will be permitted outside these term & conditions procedures.
Replies are a courtesy and Tranquility Mind Space (Pty) Ltd sends reminders for your appointment, if you missed your appointment you have forfeited the investment!
For mobile treatments Call-Out; Travel costs are not included, and will be billed separately.
Travel within the Gauteng parameters are charge @ R5.50p/km return and quoted amount will include treatment option. Deposit of 80% will secure your appointment and the balance (20%) is due on arrival; cash only! Unless advance payment been arranged in full.
Treatments, Workshops, Lectures – investment may change without prior notice as per discretion of Tranquility Mind Space (Pty) Ltd
Investment is not subject to Vat (Invoice is provided by request only)
Our modalities** are suitable for all gender, young & old, disable and even pets alike
For workshops ensure to bring a writing pad & stationary, towel, mat, comfortable wear (no belts) or Jeans, unless otherwise specified
Special arrangements are set & acceptable; only to minimum group of more than 6+ & clients which live outside the local outskirts of JHB, by prior arrangement only.
By appointment only within 48hrs to client departures by airplane. (Note: only few treatments can apply hence deep treatments require few sessions. Recommended sessions in such cases are; Aroma therapy, Indian-head massage, Reiki, Aura-Fluffing, Sound healing, Sport-massage & a consultation)
Modalities such as Acupressure, Auriculo-Detox therapy, Reiki treatment, Sport Massage may be claimed by some Medical-Aid companies (check with your medical insurance first)
It is also understood that illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by patient-client or its relations will result in immediate termination of the session and you will be liable to the full treatment payment or its outstanding balance owed as well as all advance payments forfeited none negotiable. This gesture is a criminal offence and it will be carried accordingly to the bylaws of the Republic of South Africa.
We accept the consideration of crediting your account to enable you to grow your savings towards any treatment, this credit will be recorded on your profile folder for future use. No interest will be refunded or added to your advances.
Should you be paying more than you should, you’d be given the opportunity to get a discounted rate on your treatment but no refund. If you haven’t claimed your credit despite numerous times reminders you agree to forfeit your credit due.
Treatments are payable in advance by means of invoicing per term allocation and not per visit.

Product Orders & Hand-made items Rules

Credit Control Policy

Have been endorsed due to late payments and lapsing the 30-days policy for collections.

Due to past experiences and non payments Tranquility Mind Space (Pty) Ltd and management is forced to impose these policies as of immediate affect.

Our friendly reminders have had no much affect to some clients and thus the following will occur without prejudice;

1) Special Orders, fixing items (product) by Local or International requests will now require an 80% deposit in advance after quotation been provided, it is valid for 24hrs (quote) you are required to acknowledge & sign the quotation as well as making the investment within this time. Outstanding balance 20% thereof will be charged plus postage if Couriered, or collection COD (from the Practice). Delivery will also incur travelling costs.

2) Collections from our Practice are valid for 30-days from day of confirmation, cash-receipt or Invoice sent to you (via email, whatsapp or sms)

3) If collection lapses first 30-Days an interest of 10% (ten percent) will be added to your invoice value per month thereof though not exceeding second month (60 days).

4) In the event that the lapsed collection reached second month (60-days) to it’s date (as per point 3) and yet still no pickup of the products, it will be sold to enable us to retrieve our losses no matter what the condition request and order of your parcel was (order or fixing) and/or returned to Supplier and none refundable.

5) Tranquility Mind Space (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to re-sell your items therefore consider it Sold! To cover their costs due to your none payment following approval of quotation sent to you by any media means.

6) You as the defaulter will have no rights to claim your parcel and will have to re-order and ensure to meet an upfront full payment, as we regret no deposits will be accepted by previous defaulters.

7) International Orders may take time per individual shipment thus can vary (approx. 6-8 weeks or longer), however we will take all measures to ensure we communicate with the relevant suppliers to follow up on your orders arrivals as time permits. This items however exclude Customs & Taxes and postage charges in RSA Currency. This will endure extra charges to your outstanding balance. International orders is at the risk of the purchaser & the purchaser will not hold Tranquility Mind Space (Pty) Ltd liable for losses, damages or non arrivals of your items as there is no return policy available from some International suppliers. Anticipate delays from time to time between 90 days or longer.

8) Items purchased from any Markets or collected from our Practice; have no return or refund policy.

9) Exchange policy of products brought from us either on site or Practice will be at the discretion of Tranquility Mind Space management only, if it will be granted or be refused.

Our attempts to reach a friendly commitment from you as the defaulter, is no longer acceptable after 60 days as per above notes. Our limitation has been reached.

All advance deposits will be non-refundable after order, or on item that needed fixing. These follow the invoice sent including all extension as per point 3, 4, 5 & 6.

No requests to fixing items will go-ahead without upfront payment in full after your approval receipt (by any means of communication).

These terms and conditions are none negotiable and in force and affect as of immediately.

== INDEMNITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (Treatments Only) ==

By your signature hereto / confirmation of appointment, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.

No alteration or variation of these terms and conditions shall apply, unless expressly agreed to in writing and signed by each party.

You understand that Tranquility Mind Space (Pty) LTD is not a registered medical practitioner and you will not use the treatment in place of any form of medical diagnosis, treatment or therapy. Tranquility Mind Space (Pty) LTD shall be exempted from and shall not be liable under any circumstances whatsoever for any direct, consequential or special damages of any nature which you may suffer as a result of your treatment.

In order to maintain proper records, you hereby agree to Tranquility Mind Space (Pty) LTD collecting, storing and updating personal information. Tranquility Mind Space (Pty) LTD shall take appropriate measures to ensure personal information is accurate and shall take appropriate steps to ensure the information is kept confidential. (POPI Act)
